Ferrets are Pets that currently come with two color variants, the Grey Ferret and White Ferret. Once tamed, hearts occasionally float above their head. They can be found in Savanna biomes.

Ferrets currently behave like vanilla dogs and cats. Meaning once tamed with their favourite food they will follow the player around and when they are lagging behind they will teleport to the player.

Behaviors

• Tamed by feeding them their favorite foods.
• Can 'sit' and stay by right-clicking them. Click again to make them stand.
• Tamed Ferrets can ride on your shoulder. Simply sneak + right click to add them to your shoulder. Repeat to put them back down.
• Breeding is not currently implemented.

Care

Food

• Eat wild frogs and toads.
• Steal eggs from chicken nests.
• Favorite Foods: Eggs, Raw Mutton

Water

• Will drink from water filled troughs, or water blocks such as ponds, rivers and lakes.
• You can also fill up a water bucket and give them a drink manually.
• Unlike pigs and cows, they do not consume a full water block or bucket.
